Each item available at Everything Green has been carefully selected based on several criteria. Just as going green is a process so is finding eco-friendly products worthy to be labeled green that do not sacrifice style and function. Every green product listed at Everything Green Home.com meets one or more of the following criteria.

Non-Toxic: Non-toxic items must be safe for the home and entire family from infants to pets. Once a person becomes aware of all the toxic chemicals in everyday household items, inevitably a change must occur. By simply replacing the cleaners used and the treated materials that one comes into contact with on a daily (or nightly) basis, the unnecessary exposure to these toxic chemicals can be nearly eliminated within the home environment. This can be accomplished completely by the consumer choices at time of purchase. These alternative non-toxic choices translates into eco-friendly home living since what is good for you and your family is also good for your neighbor and the environment as a whole.

Biodegradable or Recycled: Whatever comes into your home must at some point leave as well. Self-awareness is essential for a going green lifestyle.
